He praised the outgoing Permanent Secretary for his impactful tenure and promised to sustain and enhance the progress achieved.

“With the outstanding testimonies about Dr. Kana’s achievements, we shall take his efforts to the next level to ensure they do not go in vain,” Aduda stated.

He emphasized the importance of honesty and integrity among the ministry’s staff, noting that these qualities are vital for success.

He also reaffirmed his commitment to staff welfare, calling for their cooperation, dedication, and excellence in carrying out their duties.

“I do not joke with the welfare of my staff. I encourage commitment, courage, and excellence in all our endeavors. Together, we can add value to the system and achieve remarkable progress,” he added.

Dr. Kana, in his farewell remarks, expressed gratitude for the opportunity to serve and highlighted key milestones achieved during his tenure.

He wished Ambassador Aduda a successful term and pledged his support for the continued advancement of the ministry.
