Matawalle Commends Nigerian Military, Urges Love and Unity at Christmas

The Honourable Minister of State for Defence, H.E. Dr. Bello Mohammad Matawalle, has conveyed heartfelt Christmas greetings to the Nigerian Armed Forces and all citizens, irrespective of their faith.

In his festive message, Dr. Matawalle emphasized the significance of the yuletide season as a time to embody the values of love, peace, unity, and sacrifice, which are essential to the fabric of the nation.

He urged Nigerians to embrace these ideals, not just during the festive period but throughout the year.

“This season reminds us of the timeless principles of peace, unity, love, and sacrifice that strengthen our nation’s spirit,” the Minister noted.

Dr. Matawalle also paid tribute to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, and commended the unwavering dedication of the Nigerian Armed Forces, who continue to demonstrate patriotism and bravery in safeguarding the nation’s security and sovereignty.

He further called on Nigerians to use the festive period as an opportunity to deepen bonds of unity, promote harmony, and show compassion towards one another.

The Minister reiterated the importance of collective resolve in building a secure and prosperous Nigeria.
