The Management and staff of the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) have extended heartfelt birthday wishes to their esteemed leader, the Honourable Minister of the FCT, His Excellency, Barrister Nyesom Ezenwo Wike (CON), as he marks his 57th birthday anniversary

In a statement signed by Mrs. Grace Adayilo, Acting Head of Service of the FCT, the administration extolled Minister Wike’s outstanding leadership qualities, describing him as a visionary leader whose efforts have significantly shaped Abuja’s development trajectory.

Adayilo highlighted the Minister’s achievements over the past year, particularly his dedication to transforming the infrastructural landscape of the nation’s capital. From road rehabilitation and urban renewal projects to efforts aimed at boosting social services, Wike’s leadership has been widely praised as impactful and forward-looking.

“Your unwavering commitment, unparalleled resilience, and doggedness have set a benchmark for leadership in public administration,” Adayilo remarked.

Beyond infrastructural development, Wike’s focus on staff welfare has also earned him admiration. The timely payment of the National Minimum Wage, accompanied by three months’ arrears, has been described as a morale booster for the FCTA workforce.

This move underscores his administration’s prioritization of workers’ welfare, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

They expressed a heartfelt tribute to the Minister: “As you celebrate this special day, we are proud to have you as our leader and remain inspired by your resilience and vision for the FCT. May this new chapter of your life bring continued success and fulfillment.”

Barrister Wike, a seasoned politician and former Governor of Rivers State, assumed office as FCT Minister in August 2023. Since then, he has been at the forefront of championing projects that align with the administration’s vision of making Abuja a model city.

His 57th birthday has drawn goodwill messages from dignitaries, colleagues, and residents of the FCT, all commending his transformative impact and wishing him more years of purposeful leadership.
